Elizabeth George is a design professional with over twelve years of diverse architectural experience. Elizabeth earned an M.Arch and Masters of Science in Architecture with a focus in Design Research from the University of Michigan. She taught architecture at both U of M and the University of Illinois Chicago. Elizabeth is a Senior Architect for Q4 Architects in Toronto where she uses her experiences to challenge and encourage clients and colleagues to imagine and pursue phenomenal potentials.
During her career in Chicago, Detroit, and now Toronto, Elizabeth has progressively refined her curiosity for the spatial and cultural environments of the Great Lakes Region. She established Studio Great Lakes in Chicago and then Detroit in 2010 as a design consulting practice. Elizabeth is an outreaching design activist.
